◇ Supporting insulators

1 silicone rubber insulators
The insulators are stressed and injected with imported silicone rubber, with premium surface quality, big creep distance, light in weight, strong weather resistance. It not only reduces the weight of the product supremely, but also has good hydrophobic properties, with the design products of the big creep distance reached 12 kV IV level, 24kV III contamination level.

2 epoxy resin insulators
Insulators are stressed and injected with imported high-performance outdoor epoxy resin, and have the ability of strong corrosion resistance and outdoor anti-UV aging. It has good hydrophobic insulation and self-recovery ability, nice appearance, and creep distance to meet the requirements of IV level contamination level.

◇ Major loop design
Dominant electrical circuit components are made of high strength copper material and the silver-plated process, with good conductivity. Coupled with the design of symmetrical double-static contact, it can effectively reduce contact resistance and contact temperature, and further improve the conductivity, together with good closing orientation for operation, small contact wear , stable operation and more reliable performance.
Contact pressure is achieved through a tile-shaped spring and fastening bolts and other special process to ensure uniform contact pressure and reliable operation.

◇ Terminal blocks
Terminal block is made of double-hole copper wiring. The size and spacing of row-hole is in line with domestic usage and easy for installation.

◇Inhibiting device

By adjusting the pin position, you can choose 90 °, 160 ° or without position limit as needed. The factory default mode is 160 °.
